Many groups will be sponsoring meals during Annual Conference. You are welcome to attend any listed on the
Meals Web Page, and in the registrations materials. Everyone is encouraged to attend the dinner on Thursday evening at which we will
Celebrate our Global Partnership with Bolivia and Korea. On Friday you will have an opportunity to have lunch with
Ray Buckley, the Bible Study Leader for Annual Conference.
A Buffet option will be available for all meal times. Cost is Breakfast: $14.25, Lunch: $20.25, and Dinner, $29.75. You may opt to pick up something at one of the cafe venues in Pheasant Run or at one of the near-by restaurants.
Meal tickets may be purchased on-line, or by mail-in form, even if you are not attending as a clergy or member of Annual Conference. Meal tickets will be sold at Pheasant Run, at the Information Desk in the lobby of the Mega Center, on Wednesday, June 8,
ONLY. No meal tickets will be sold after 8 PM June 8. Final counts MUST be given to Pheasant Run if they are going to have the correct number of meals available.
