One Great Hour of Sharing Coming in April

One Great Hour of Sharing

One Great Hour of Sharing (April 3, 2011) is one of the six churchwide Special Sundays with offerings of The United Methodist Church. One Great Hour of Sharing (OGHS) offerings are used to pay the administrative expenses of the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR). This allows 100% of offerings made to the Advances, like the Japan Emergency to be used to pay for the supplies needed to alleviate human suffering. UMCOR is the humanitarian arm of The United Methodist Church.

Be There. Be Hope. April 3, 2011
