This fall Carla has been busier than ever. She introduced the Reflecting Him Bible study to many different groups of women, including a prison ministry. Many of you are still working hard on the 10 week study, and we appreciate the enthusiastic comments about it that we have received. We are in the midst of planning several great upcoming events, and hope you will join us for one or all of them! |

Share Fair 2011 Date Set  Prayer. Purpose. Passion.
Share Fair 2011 takes place Friday and Saturday, February 25 - 26, 2011, at the beautiful Northwest Forest Conference Center, located in Cypress, Texas. A new Friday evening event of praise and worship, features dance, drama, music and more. Saturday will be filled with helpful Keynote Speakers, Breakout Sessions, and the popular Information Exchange. Participants Reflect on Reflecting Him
Groups of women across the state of Texas and even across the ocean are currently participating in the Reflecting Him Bible study. We know many of you are also doing the study on your own. Below are some enthusiastic comments about the study. We love hearing from you, and we appreciate your excitement and receptiveness!
Oh Carla, I was so blessed by week 3!! Tracy presented it so well, by lighting abba candles, dimming the lights and baking unlevened bread. The mood was set for our hearts to just allow our Lord in. What a blessing it was to me!! I felt like I was wooed, or in awe, or just filled with the Holy Spirit. I cannot explain it, sweet lady!!

What has amazed me the most during the "Reflecting Him" Bible study is that a guest from Dubai came to visit here in Doha Qatar, in the Middle East where 12 of us are doing this Bible study. She was from Carla's home church, Faith Bible Church and was surprised that this particular bible study had come all the way over here. It wasn't just a coincidence... It was a reminder to all of us of the almighty power God spreads from his messengers.... Carla's words and simple humor and putting everyday real life stuff to work with God's word is a great way to learn and it is drawing all of us closer to the times we need to spend with our Lord! I can't believe I will start posting on week 9 this weekend. This study taught me much when I did it alone and now that I have been posting about it - it has taught me much more about Reflecting Him. Thank you again, first of all for writing this study and second, allowing me the opportunity to share with others about this study. I have truly been doubly blessed by this study and you.

We have been participating in and facilitating your study in a local women's prison for several weeks now, and ALL of us are learning so much from the Lord through your study. Several of the "women in white" have shared how much they are learning, and how much they love the way the study is stretching and growing them. They share excitedly in each class how the Lord has spoken to them, and each of them, whether new or old in the Lord, love what they find waiting for them in His Word as they work through your study.
