Carla's Corner 
I hope you are enjoying your summer! This is the time of year when many changes take place - children transition to the next grade in school, families move to new places, jobs change, ministries gear up for the fall, and more. At Reflective Life Ministries we must say "Good-Bye" to Jennifer Lafferty because her family is moving from The Woodlands to Edmond, OK. What a bitter-sweet time! I publicly shout "Praise to the Lord" for her service to Him through RLM the past 4 years. Her willingness to selflessly give of her time, energy, and wisdom has grown RLM to where it is today. "I love you, sweet friend, and we'll miss you!"
I am so excited to share some wonderful changes the Lord has brought to our ministry. We are thrilled to announce that we are now a 501c3 non-profit organization! Yes, the Lord opened doors we never expected, and this new status allows us to move in a new direction to fulfill the purpose and mission of RLM. In a year, we grew from 2 people serving in the ministry to 12! Members of the RLM Team are...

International Women's Retreat
SETECA Seminary
Have you experienced the blessings of a women's retreat? If you have, then you understand the spiritual enrichment, encouragement, laughter, memories, God moments, and Christian connections created during this special time. In the United States retreats are almost common place for churches, but in other parts of the world this is not necessarily true. In June, we were blessed to be part of the leadership for a women's retreat in Central America. We ministered to women whose husbands attend seminary at SETECA in Guatemala City. The encouragement, love, prayers and laughter we shared with our sisters from over 22 nations was an overwhelming blessing. RLM continues to pray for each of these precious sisters-in-Christ and looks forward to the next opportunity to minister in this way.

Preparations for another exciting Share Fair are under way. Get ready for some new twists and turns that will make this year's Share Fair unique. We are excited about the featured keynote speakers with "table talk time" to follow. The surveys from last year were helpful in organizing the new "breakout" sessions. Once again the Information Exchange tables will be loaded with ministry opportunities you don't want to miss! We hope you will share the date of the event with your team and pass the information on to other women who might benefit from attending. Whether you are ministering to children, youth, women, missions, the homeless, neighborhood Bible studies or other ministries - Share Fair is for you! Come Connect with other women.
