Circus PAWS VIP Show!

IM5, the exciting new "boy band" founded by American Idol creator Simon Fuller, media icon Perez Hilton, and acclaimed tour director Jamie King, will open the 7 p.m. VIP performance of Circus PAWS on Sunday, September 30, at Avalon Hollywood.

IM5 will feature a live set of their original songs. This multi-talented quintet fuses hook-driven Pop and R&B melodies with sensational vocal harmonies and dance routines. Visit IM5's website, here, and their YouTube channel, here.

Actress, singer and producer Katharine Kramer has also joined the cast of Circus PAWS. This well-known talent, and daughter of director/producer Stanley Kramer, will be performing an original song as part of the Sunday, 7 p.m. VIP show, one of three shows being staged to benefit PAWS' animals. Her song will also be part of the soundtrack of the Saturday and Sunday matinee shows. PAWS will be debuting this original, animal-free circus at Hollywood's historic Avalon Theatre on Saturday and Sunday, September 29-30, 2012.

Circus PAWS 30-second PSA

Three shows have been scheduled, including 1 p.m. matinees on Saturday and Sunday, and a 7 p.m. performance on Sunday. A VIP reception is being held at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, prior to the evening performance. The reception is a chance to meet PAWS' founders and directors, Pat Derby and Ed Stewart, as well as the performers and special guests. Circus PAWS will feature an original script with performances by members of Nathalie Gaulthier's Le PeTiT CiRqUe, a professional troupe of performers, ages 6-13, who rank among the top in the world in aerial arts, juggling, trapeze, hoops, silks, acrobatics, stilts, skateboards, contortionists, and martial arts.

Special guest performers include child prodigies Julian Pavone, Guinness Book's Youngest Professional Drummer; Kaelyn Whaley, 8X World Champion Martial Artist; and musician Rio Mangini on piano. Rio has already played Carnegie Hall twice! Other guest performers include Kevin Axtell, a globally-acclaimed juggler and fire artist, plus a special performance by Luminario Ballet.
