Michigan Masons Weekly Electronic Newsletter
The Grand Lodge of Michigan
Week of August 8, 2011
Bob C Photo Greetings!

I hope all of you had a great weekend!  It was such a fun time up here in Alma, on Friday the Masonic Pathways Golf Outing went off in beautiful weather.  I hope the fair on Saturday didn't get rained out, but I'm sure the fellowship shined through in any event.

The Masonic Challenge is taking a break, It will return in September.  Stay tuned for important information regarding upcoming programs for Masonic Education and Leadership Development coming in the fall.

I'll be in Muskegon this Wednesday evening for a Masonic Renewal Seminar.  It is open to all.  You'll discover where the craft is, what it can do to renew itself and much more.  These seminars are extremely valuable for Worshipful Masters and those that will assume that position in the not to distant future.  The program will start at 7:00 PM with some light dinner at 6:00 PM and we will end before 9:00 PM.  If you want to attend send me a note.

The Grand Master will be traveling through the Upper Peninsula this September.  I'll have the locations of his programs in next weeks enews.  Also, please be sure to check out the Grand Masters trip to Alexandria and Gettysburg this September.  Good seats are still available.  You'll find a link to a brochure outlining the trip at the bottom of this enews.

Have fun and have a great week!
Bob
