Welcome 2011
Greetings!
A lot of us begin the New Year by making a resolution to exercise, lose weight, and "get healthy" overall. We start the year with great intentions, but then quickly relapse into old habits.
Our Nutrition Counselor has compiled a few reasons to keep you focused and dedicated on making your exercise and wellness resolutions a reality. Tell me more.
Everyone makes a New Year's Resolution,
be one to stick to it!
