In Memory of Bill Hain - TELUS

Bill Hain, Manager Technology Strategy - TELUS, and a great friend of ICIS, passed away suddenly on October 20, 2011. All of us at ICIS were hit hard by this news. To lose a friend in the prime of his life is shocking and tragic. Bill was one of those people that you could always count on and was a contributor on many fronts. To ICIS, he was a strong advocate and dedicated member of the Board and Executive Committee. Bill's presence was always a highlight and he consistently delivered on his commitments and offered his constructive thoughts on how to better the ICIS organization. He was front and center as a speaker during the ICIS User Conference in September. Bills presentations were effective, memorable, and remain as a tribute and legacy.

Our deepest, heartfelt thoughts go out to Bill's family and friends as they cope with their tremendous loss. Bill will be sorely missed. Rest in peace, Bill.
