ICIS' CivicSpatial Grant Program supports the District of Tofino

 

A CivicSpatial Grant of $2,000 has been awarded to the District of Tofino to improve the accuracy of their cadastral fabric. Working with the Parcel Fabric Section the establishment of 4 GPS Cadastral Tie survey control points will be used to reposition the data-set to a more accurate sub meter "real world" ground positioning.  

 

New Grants Awarded for AddressBC

 

Our new grant offering to support AddressBC is another way that the CivicSpatial Grant Program supports our members. The following ICIS members are the most recent recipients of the $1,500 AddressBC grant:

City of Kelowna                         

District of Taylor

City of Vernon

                                       

To date over $39,000 has been awarded from a total $100,000 allocated to AddressBC support!
