Ann Jones,
an Indiana psychotherapist, sent me this story in response to the last IAW newsletter:
"I've been to Africa five times on AIDS missions and the courage and perseverance of African women is unimaginable! They're not only more susceptible to the HIV-AIDS, they're the volunteers and care providers as well. The grandmothers are the glue holding the continent together! Not only must they battle their own failing health and poor economic conditions, they care for their dying children and then raise their grandchildren and orphaned children of others.
I continue to follow my heartbreak and return each year to offer my support in solidarity for these women of strength and courage."
