 It has indeed been a pleasure serving the East Orlando Community especially Avalon Park for the past two years. In addition, we definitely look forward to continuing our services to all of you for many years to come. In the past, we have been able to create and nurture many new relationships with clients and friends. Thank you for all of your support.
For those who are unaware of our location at Premier Tax & Accounting Consultants, we are located in the heart of Downtown Avalon Park on the 2nd floor of the Shoppes & Offices Building, directly South of Wachovia Bank. We always try to address your financial needs whether it be in acounting (forensic or otherwise), tax, financial and estate planning, or any other business decisions especially in these uncertain economic times. I personally have been in the financial field since 1969 when I first joined the international accoutning firm of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (now known as KPMG). Our man goal has always been to assure that we solve your immediate financial needs or concerns. We are here to guide and assist you with a "hands-on" approach. We don't treat you like a number. Even though we have "big" firm knowledge, we give you the special attention of a "small" firm. We feel that based on our experience we can aid you with any financial problem and arrive at a reasonable solution.

The Kiwanis Club of Avalon Park is holding it's 1st Annual Charity and UCF Scholarship Tournament. The date is Friday, March 12, 2008 at Stoneybrook East. The registration form is attached below with all the information. We ask you please consider sponsoring a hole and team if possible. We are also looking for a couple major sponsors as well. Our goal is to raise funds, not only to cover the costs of all of our great service programs, but also establish an annual UCF scholarship for deserving students.
Although our club is only 6 months old- we have already had a huge impact on our community and all of Central Florida. Our club has almost doubled since chartering as we are up to 41 members, we sponsor 8 school service clubs including the new Lake Nona Key Club and Bithlo Community Center K-Kids Club. We also sponsor the Timber Creek Key Club, Avalon Builders Club, and K-Kids at Avalon, Camelot, Castle Creek,Stone Lakes and Timber Lakes elementary schools. All of these clubs do hundreds of hours a service each month in their schools, communities and Central Florida.
Our club also recognizes about 8-10 teachers a month, a top high school senior each month with a savings bond and recognition at our monthly meeting a and approximately 200 kids a month with our Kiwanis Terrific Kids program. One of newest programs is our reading in 5 elementary schools every Thursday morning. We have almost 80% of our membership involved in this great program. We also do work with the mentally and physically challenged through our Aktion Clubs in Central Florida we support, Give Kids the World volunteering, the New Image Center downtown, the American Cancer Society and Juvenile Diabetes Camp just to name of a few of the groups we help. We are also helping Formula One Life collect baby formula for orphaned infants around the world. This next portion of the collection is now going to be delivered to Haiti based on the recent earthquake.
