Downtown Avalon Park would like to congratulate the Avalon Park Women's 3.0 Tennis Team on their section championships! They will be representing Avalon Park in the USTA League National Campionships in Tucson, AZ in October. Congratulations Ladies!
We also continue to add businesses to our community and we would like to introduce you to some of the new additions and events! Kids R Kids, Eastside Bistro and Avalon Park Internal Medicine will open in Downtown Avalon Park this month.

Beth Burns, DO, is pleased to welcome you to her new practice, Avalon Park Internal Medicine, coming to Avalon Park on September 14, 2009. Avalon Park Internal Medicine will be located in the Keith A. Ewing Medical Office Building across from the YMCA on Avalon Park West Blvd. Dr. Bet Burns received her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, in 1995. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL, in 1998 and is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine/ABIM. Her practice is located at 3701 Avalon Park West Blvd., Ste. 205, in Orlando, FL. Her practice will be open Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. On Thursdays Dr. Burns will have evening hours until 7:30 p.m. To make an appointment with Dr. Burns, please call 407-306-0982. |
