Pain:
"I was passed over for another promotion. They say I don't have enough 'executive presence' and I don't know that is or how to fix it."

Some people have it naturally, but most of us need help in developing the specific traits needed to exude executive presence. Here are three quick tips that yield immediate results:
- Check your posture. Straighten your spine and make sure your head is positioned over your spine and ears are aligned with shoulders.
- Say "thank you" and "please." Hold the elevator door for incoming passengers. Ask about someone's day. Offer to help another person with a task. Executive presence is projected through civility and impeccable manners.
Email us your "pain" and we'll fix it quickly!
