Pain:
I've lost my spark. I can't seem to muster up enough energy to get even the most basic things off my to-do list.
Quick Fix:
- Pick one thing on your to-do list that won't take more than 15 minutes to complete.
- Invite yourself to a 15-minute meeting on your calendar and get the task done. Chances are you will feel a sense of accomplishment getting it off your list.
- Celebrate with something small. Take yourself for a short walk, have a small piece of your favorite snack/indulgence, reconnect with someone you enjoy. The trick is to refuel your empty energy/motivation tank to get the rest of your day propelling forward. Email us your "pain" and we'll fix it quickly!

Invite up to five leaders/managers who know the role well and who will be able to determine what constitutes exceptional performance for the position you want to screen. Facilitate a session..." continue reading |
