Pain: There aren't enough hours in the day to get everything done!

Quick Fix: Start delegating, effectively! The first step is to set aside time to delegate. Schedule 30 minutes of uninterrupted time on your calendar and review your to-do list. Ask yourself:
 

"What can I delegate that I'm currently planning to do or are doing myself that isn't a good use of my time?" "What could someone else benefit from learning?" "What takes up 1-2 hours a week for me that someone else with a different skill set could do faster and more efficiently?"
