A Message From Sunny,
I was snuggled up to a cup of steamy coffee, feeling melancholy, as I looked out at the overcast sky and 3 feet of snow. But then noticed a elegant plant poised softly in the corner of the coffee shop. It was a willow tree. Curious, I read the description tag on the tree: "The Willow Tree is connected  with all that is intuitive, emotional, healing and revitalizing. It symbolizes resilience and inspires us to move with life rather than resist what we are feeling." How thoughtful and inspiring...from a tree no less. March is a tough month for many, lack of sunlight, fresh air, immense stress and pressure, all which can become heavy burdens. Let's celebrate March as SELF-CARE month, and listen to the willow tree and feed our emotional, intuitive and physical health. We have multiple opportunities to treat yourself with the House to Home event, the Self Mastery Program, Body-Centered Whole Person Healing and so much more. "Move with Life" as the tree tells us and revitalize yourself.
