I hope that you enjoy the subjects presented in this week's newsletter. Being on the cusp of the second decade of the 21st century I thought it appropriate to look back to how our new century was welcomed in numismatics. I also thought it would be appropriate to recall some of the moments most memorable and challenging to mankind in the 20th century. Poland's Mennica Państwowa (State Mint) has repeatedly issued some of the most impressive numismatic commemoratives. Please take a few moments to appreciate the contributions this mint has made and the note the breadth of subjects they've chosen to memorialize.
