Pre-deployment training is the key to quality from the outset

To ensure consistent structure, management and execution of training at all levels within our organisation at NJC, all employees attend pre-deployment training specifically designed to job role requirements.  Core training modules have been identified and a training programme developed to ensure all core requirements are received prior to deployment.

NJC have continued the success of our working relationship with Westminster Kingsway College and have a designated college trainer to deliver our pre-deployment training within the National Cleaning Academy at the WKC Regents Park centre and to our periphery locations across the south-east.

Training content and delivery programmes are monitored on a regular basis to ensure all information up-to-date, relevant and delivered in the correct manner.  Employees are monitored through regular reviews to ensure all training is being put into practise and to allow for any re-training issues to be addressed.

NJC signs up to Planet Positive Sustainable Business Certification

NJC is proud to announce that it is signing up to the Planet Positive Certification which signifies that NJC has measured and committed to an annual reduction of the carbon emissions associated with our business operations.  PP logo

 

Planet Positive Business Certification is fast to achieve (under 2 weeks) and affordable. It leads to reductions in energy, water, waste and greenhouse gas emissions. It engages our employees into the process and supports our CSR programmes locally and globally.

 

How it works

 

The simple four-step process (measure, reduce, invest, communicate) makes achieving Planet Positive certification hassle-free. This certification is recognised in many countries throughout the world. It demonstrates to our customers and suppliers alike, NJC's commitment to environmental sustainability. It also enhances engagement with our employees and local community.

NJC launches AMONET mobile app for use in the field
NJC has recently launched an AMONET APP running on the Google android platform and is designed for use with the Nexus 7 tablet and similar devices. The state-of-the-art APP allows our operational management teams to perform the following task on-the-go:
  • Respond to, update  and generate reactive helpdesk work orders.
  • View and update PPM task data.
  • Perform quality control audits and raise internal work orders for pro-active quality management.
  • View and manage routine task data generated from bar coded control systems.
  • Document management including immigration control checks.
  • Stock control.
  • Timesheet management and payroll integration to time and attendance module.
  • P&L visibility and management.
  • Recruitment processes.
  • Health and safety including performing RAMS on location.
