It happens very often that we long to achieve certain things in life, but lack of right actions prevent us from achieving those goals...
We start our classes in school with a full dedication to excel in them, but it doesn't work out that way all the time.
We take a gym membership promising ourselves to lose weight...But we don't really lose as much as we plan for.

And while not everything in life is under our control, usually our plans do not materialize because of an inadvertent shift of our priorities. Unfortunately, sometimes by the time we realize our mistakes, time has passed us by...and we are left with nothing but excuses.
Children are a vital asset that the Almighty has given us. They are vital not only because of the personal connection that we have with them, but also because of their power and ability to shape our future families, societies and the world ...
Raising Children the proper way requires a focused set of priorities, else they WILL become what they get exposed to in life. If you are a parent of a grown up child, then you will know exactly what that means.
Below, please find excellent sources on this subject. One of them is an article that provides excellent tips for raising children the Islamic way so they may become good Muslims and leaders. The article also refers to books some of which are authored by Muslim child psychologists (Dr. Ekram Beshir and Dr. Mohamed Rida). The content in those books is far valuable than their selling price. Please do review them. If you do not need them for your children, give it to others in the family for their children.
