Greetings!

It's an IMTS year, and many of us are ramping up to either exhibit or attend. Making the most of your time at the show is important, and Modern Machine Shop Magazine is here to help with planning tips and tools.

Cimatron is excited to be co-exhibiting with sister company Gibbs and Associates in booth E-3810, which will be front-and-center when you cross the bridge and enter the Lakeside building.

Cimatron will preview Version E10, featuring enhancements to the entire tool design and manufacturing process from quoting to delivery. Highlights of E10 include a new built-in motion simulator, background calculation of NC procedures, more powerful ECO analysis and implementation, and a revolutionary Springback functionality for die makers.

Also, making its worldwide introduction is a brand-new product from Cimatron - the SuperBox. CimatronE SuperBox is a patent-pending NC calculation acceleration device. We invite you to join us for a FREE cocktail reception to celebrate the introduction of E10 and the SuperBox in our booth Monday, September 13th at 4:00pm. RSVP here.

While there is no substitute to the face-to-face interaction at events such as IMTS, online marketing is necessary to reach out to new and existing customers on a day-to-day basis. However, online marketing can be challenging, expensive, and downright disappointing if not approached with an understanding of what it takes. Get advice and lessons learned from tool shops that have attempted it first.

When things go wrong with a product such as an injection molded component, looking for someone to blame rarely solves the problem. Having a clear and thought-out process in place can help engineers gain control over product development and avoid getting blamed when problems arise.

In some cases, implementing a more efficient process requires new equipment or software. Clarion Metals and Cimatron customer Rezmin Tool & Die (click to view case study webinar recording) both experience significant time and money savings after making such changes.
