Does the mere sight of Valentine's Day decorations make you want to run in the other direction because you feel numb, disconnected, sad, disheartened, like life's unfair or worse? If so than please take the next 5 minutes to read this, it's been written just for you.
That type of response to the day that celebrates love indicates that you've been emotionally wounded or might have some trapped emotions that have lodged in the heart area and have created a
Heart Wall.
According to the new science of Quantum Physics, everything is pure energy. In fact, one of the definitions of emotion is "energy in motion". Healthy emotion flows through us - like water in a river. Sometimes however, over time our emotions form a dam or wall - like a beaver dam in a river which blocks it's healthy flow.
Dr. Bradley Nelson, the doctor who coined the phrase, says that Heart Walls can affect us in two ways:
1) "They block the heart energy from flowing through the body which
makes it more difficult for the body to heal itself, and can cause
physical symptoms, particularly in the neck, upper back and
shoulders."
2) "They block us from fully opening our hearts to others."
It's important to understand that the subconscious mind is the builder of this Heart Wall and has built it to try to protect the heart from additional hurt. At first glance that sounds good, but it's crucial to remember that your Heart Wall could have been built years ago. It may have been necessary then, but is only holding you back now. It's also important to remember that the heart has an amazing capacity to heal and the subconscious mind can be directed to heal instead of wall-off. Being walled-off makes it so much more difficult to connect with the love that's within for you, and to attract or share love with others. It becomes a lonely prison instead of a protection. As one who had a pretty thick Heart Wall myself I can tell you from personal experience that it's wonderful for my heart to be free of that confinement.
If you suspect that you or a loved one has a Heart Wall then see the special offer below. Your subconscious mind is happy to tell you whether it's built one and if so, with your encouragement, will begin to deconstruct that wall at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you.
On this Valentine's Day, remember that the most important love to receive is love from yourself - the love we receive from others is a wonderful addition, but love for self is a necessity.
