Super Brain Yoga Instructions

Remove all your jewelry and stand facing the sunrise or towards the east.

Hold your right earlobe with the index finger and thumb of your left hand. Making sure that your thumb is on the front of your ear lobe.

Hold your left earlobe with the index finger and thumb of your right hand, again makng sure your thumb is on the front of your ear lobe.

Your left arm will be under your right arm.

As you hold your ear lobes, press your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
- Now inhale through your nose and slowly squat down until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
- Hold your breath for a moment and then exhale on your way back to standing. Continue holding your lobes and sticking your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
- Repeat this 14 more times for a total of 15 times.
