We deliver the pellets by the ton in a liftgate truck and a pallet jack-- Deliver on gravel or stone is not possible
We only deliver to locations where we can drive our truck to a level, paved surface (either concrete or blacktop). Our trucks do not go off pavement.
Our truck requires 12' clearance therefore, low limbs need to be trimmed to allow for delivery.
Our trucks cannot block public roads while making a delivery.
The delivery truck can haul up to four tons per trip. Purchases larger than four tons will require multiple trips.
In cases where delivery cannot be made because the customer has not met the above conditions, there will be a $50 attempted delivery charge.
Delivery is available within 20 miles at the following rates:
1 ton $59
2 ton $69
3 ton $79
4 ton $89
Beyond 20 miles, an additional $4.15 per mile will be charged regardless of the number of tons delivered.
