We heard about a famous Moussaka Recipe made by a man called Theo, who along with his son Alex runs one of the nicest hotels in Kefalonia Greece www.moundabeach.gr
Theo's been cooking this recipe for many years and word has it - it's the best Moussaka you'll ever taste!

We were honoured that he gave it to Colm & Pauline when they stayed at his hotel this summer and brought it home for us to share with you all.
