CHRISTMAS at CULLENS

TURKEYS - Turkey - these range from 10 LB - 22 LB.
Turkey Crown - ideal for those who prefer white meat. The legs are removed and the breast is left on bone.
Boneless Turkey - Also known as Boned & Rolled Turkey, comes with leg meat. Boneless Stuffed Turkey - includes our delicious homemade stuffing.
(Boneless joints are great for those who don't like carving.)
Turkey Breast - This is a deboned Turkey Crown (just the White Meat) which can be Stuffed or unstuffed.
GOOSE - A Delicious Alternative to Turkey.
TURDUCKEN - a 3 meat feast of Chicken, Duck & Turkey.

HAMS -
Ham - The best accompaniment to Turkey on Christmas Day.
Hams are available ON or OFF the bone.
On the bone: retains more flavour , off: is easier to carve. Smoked Hams - very traditional at Christmas, but has a strong smokey flavour.

TURDUCKEN
A Turducken is a combination of 3 boneless meats... a deboned Chicken stuffed into a deboned Duck which itself is stuffed into a deboned Turkey. The name is a combination and blend of the words TURKEY, DUCK & CHICKEN. The combination gives a great blend of flavours and every bite is complimented by Traditional Homemade Stuffing.
