Fresh fish has fantastic flavour and texture.  It is quick & easy to prepare & packed full of natural goodness! 

SIMPLE DRESSINGS to have with FISH:

- a simple melted butter & lemon sauce with chopped parsley & capers.

- a chopped avocado salsa with chopped coriander, red onion & lime.

- chopped sundried tomatoes with fresh basil, garlic & balsamic vinegar.

- creme fraiche & chopped chives.  

- bashed up basil, mayonnaise & lemon juice.  

- green pesto. 

FISH is so versatile...SERVE WITH:

- Boiled Baby Potatoes & a knob of Butter.  

- Cullens Gratin Potatoes.  

- A Green Salad & a Wedge of Lemon. 

- Braised Shredded Cabbage.

FISH....add some extra flavour:

For something different try Salmon with some Cajun Spice.  

or Cod with 1 tbsp of Curry Paste or Red Pesto. 

Tip: YOU KNOW WHEN FISH IS COOKED WHEN IT FLAKES.
