Happy New Year! We were delighted with all the positive feedback we received about our meat and our store in 2010. We take great pride in displaying the fantastic range of meat we have available, We choose only the best in quality beef, pork, lamb, poultry, bacon, fish & fine foods. It's wonderful to see our range of products & services grow over the last year & we will continue to serve you with the finest quality meat in 2011.

HOW TO......
Always wondered how to achieve the perfect Crackling? Is Crisp Crackling everyones favourite part of a PORK ROAST? Well here's a few simply things to do to achieve Crisp Crackling every time.....
- Make sure your oven is hot.
- Pour a little boiling water over the pork skin to open up the scores.
- Pat dry with absorbent paper.
- Rub salt deep into the crackling, working it in. This will draw any moisture out and make the crackling really crispy!
