ConMet's service cards have been one of the most popular and useful tools for installing, servicing and re-installing hubs. Now, ConMet has updated the service cards to include the latest instructions for all of the company's hubs, including the newly introduced PreSet Plus hub assembly that features a fully integrated nut and optimized bearing spacer.

 "These cards aren't meant to be used in place of our complete service manual," explains Roger Maye, ConMet's National Service Manager. "But, they do provide quick and easy reference material right at your fingertips."

 The blue service card (part number 10036675) on one side provides the torque specifications for ball seat and hub pilot wheel nuts, drive studs, hub caps, oil fill plugs, disc brake rotor screws and nuts, drive axle flange nuts, two-piece nut, one-piece nut and PreSet Plus steer, drive and trailer nut.

The other side of the blue service card features TMC RP618: Manual Wheel Bearing Adjustment Procedures.

The yellow service card (part number 10036676) features installation procedures for PreSet on one side and PreSet Plus on the other side. Included in the detailed installation instructions is an illustration showing the proper wheel bolt tightening sequence.
