Artisan Group Donates $32,000 To Homes For Our Troops

Gina Covell and Chad Seiders of the Artisan Group presented our donation to Cpl Neil Frustaglio. Neil is a veterain of the Marine Corp who served in Iraq. He lost both of his legs and was severely burned from an IED explosion.  Homes For Our Troops recently built him a specially adapted home.

Albuquerque, NM - Nov.22, 2011- Artisan Group countertop fabricators across America hosted a National Yard Sale, selling granite and other stone remnants, raised $32,000 to help Homes for Our Troops to build specially-adapted homes for veterans.

 

Artisan Group Executive Director Chad Seiders recently presented the check to marine Cpl Neil Frustaglio, a Homes For Our Troops spokesperson and soldier who recently received a home from the organization.

 

"These soldiers have given their blood, sweat, tears and in some cases part of themselves to defend our rights and freedoms in this country," says Scott C Lardner, President. "It is a privilege to give something back to them. Rocky Mountain Stone is making this donation to Homes for Our Troops so that these veterans can have a home that provides them more independence."
