What Is Quartz Surfacing?

To compose a Radianz™ surface, advanced polymer resins and pigments are fused with 93% quartz, one of the hardest minerals in nature. This produces a surface that is as durable as granite with scratch, heat, and chip resistant properties. Because of the manufacturing process, the color and pattern of quartz slabs are very consistent, although some die lot differences must be expected.
