Every Monday at 2 pm Thanks to your attendance, her Conversational Yiddish group is thriving with world-recognized Yiddish teacher, scholar, translator and raconteuse Hadasa Cytrynowicz. Originally from Lodz, and later a long-time resident of Brazil, Hadasa brings a wealth of experience and stories, songs, proverbs and sayings, poetry and interesting topics for discussion to her group. Each session is an hour and 15 minutes. Admission is by voluntary donation.
Keep your Yiddish kite flying by attending this group! All levels of Yiddish are welcome. Kumt arayn!

"Changing the World: Our Legacy in Yiddish Culture"

Last Sunday was the first of the seminar series, "Changing the World: Our Legacy in Yiddish Culture," co-sponsored by SoCal Arbeter Ring (Workmen's Circle) with The Sholem Community.
Led by vegvayzer Hershl Hartman, it was well-attended and fascinating. Future sessions will be led by Prof. Marvin Zuckerman (member of the AR/WC District committee) and Dr. Robby Peckerar, Exec. Dir. of Yiddishkayt.
