Hi Friends,

As we March into Spring, we've had a busy first week with 3 classes on The Raw Kitchen and catered a luncheon celebrating the 90th Anniversary of the Honolulu Community College exposing 125 staff members to Licious Dishes.
People are very interested in the vibrant flavors of raw food and learning how to prepare it.  Someone suggested I do DVD's. 
Great idea!    

Our Valentine's Year of the Tiger Mixer Party at Eat Café was so much fun with great company, live jazz by some of the best Hawaii has to offer, and wonderful food!  George Nellas at Piano Planet down the hall from Eat Café wheeled his brand new piano over for Satomi to play on, and the hallways resounded with music as fresh as our food.

Farmer's Markets:
I wanted to apologize for the last minute changes in our Farmers Market attendance last month. Also, the Blaisdell location moves occasionally from the grassy area next to the Blaisdell concert hall to the parking lot on the corner of Ward and Kapiolani depending on the use of the Concert Hall.  So, if you do not see any tents on the Concert Hall side, please check the parking lot on the other side.  Parking is now free for Farmers Market attendees.

MEAL PLANS:
We are currently on Meal Plan One with the Asian Salad.
Next week we will be on Meal Plan Two, but DUE TO A DEATH IN THE FAMILY, we will be closed all day Friday, March 19th, so the pick-up date for Meal Plan Two will be on Thursday after 12 noon.
 
The following week, we will not have any Meal Plan pick-up but will have Grab N Go in our deli-fridge at Dole Cannery and at Kale's Natural Food.  Please call the shop before coming (536-9680 or my cell, 753-0050) as we will be in and out during the week.
 
We will resume with our Meal Plan 3 pick-up the following Friday, April 2nd.
