8/3-Themed Thursday: Hawaiian Day & Waterslide Day! 
-All summer school students AND summer campers will have a chance to play on the waterslide. Summer school students will go with their summer school classes in the morning and summer campers will go in the afternoon! 
Get Ready for Week 8 of Summer Camp: A Pirates' Life for Me (8/6/12-8/10/12) 

Monday -  Science: Captain Hook's Holographic Diffraction
Tuesday - Grades K-2: Swimming
Grades 3-6: Art: Sand Art Key Chains 

Wednesday - Grade K-2:Art: Sand Art Key Chains
Grades 3-6: Swimming
*Theme Day: Superhero Day

Thursday - Bowling Field Trip

Friday - Camelot

Parents please make sure that your students/campers are wearing the proper shoes each day to school/camp. Closed-toed shoes are required at all times. For campers, flip flops or water shoes may be worn during swim time only. Closed-toed shoes must be worn the rest of the day.
Upcoming Field Trip Details
Knott's Berry Farm: August 3 
Campers please: 
Bring a sack lunch (All items need to be disposable, i.e. no ice packs or Tupperware) with name written on outside. Please send only the amount of food your camper will eat at lunch.  
Wear closed toed shoes and green camp shirt. 
Arrive to camp by 9:00 a.m. 
Come to camp with sunscreen applied. 


    - Bring a bottle of water to refill in the park.  
    - Wear a hat to keep sun off of face. 
    - Bring $5-$10 for a snack or small souvenir.  
Please note: Backpacks or large bags will not be allowed on the field trip as they cannot be taken on most rides.   Field Trip Flyer

Bowling-Thursday, August 9

Campers will be treated to an afternoon of bowling and pizza!

Campers MUST wear socks and their summer camp T-shirt on this day.

Campers may bring $5 for a small snack or drink, if time permits!
There will be no regular food service on this day.

Camelot-Friday, August 10
Campers must wear their green Fairmont camp shirt on this trip. Campers should come to camp with sunscreen applied. If your camper is going to ride on the waterslide please have them wear their bathing suit under their clothes and bring a change of clothes in a small bag. All campers will be treated to a pizza lunch at Camelot.  
Campers may bring $5-$10 for use in the arcade or at the snack stand. 
We will return to campus by 4:00pm.
