of the CHESTER HIGHER EDUCATION COUNCIL, a nonprofit entity consisting
of the Presidents of Cheyney University, Delaware County Community
College, Neumann College, Penn State Brandywine, Swarthmore College and
Widener University, and supported by the UNITED WAY OF SOUTHEASTERN
PENNSYLVANIA.
