Dear Homeowners,
June was a FUN month, minus the monsoon at the Liberty by the Lake! (I am concocting a plan to make it up to you, though...and I think you will like it!)
We are getting some GREAT turnouts for Team Training~so we will continue that through July.
We have decided to take a break from the Ballroom Dance Lessons- just for the month. We will start back up in August and hopefully draw some new folks who want to dance~as well as continue with the ones who come every week!
Also, Keith Vesper had a GREAT idea for you guys. We are going to start a "come if you want to" event twice a month. We will meet at one of the pools. This will be a casual, no need to RSVP, BYOEverything...just fun time to hang out! We may even grow this to a weekly event. I will be there sometimes with some cool surprises...and sometimes not. It's like Easter egg hunting...you have to open the egg to find out. (Hint- I will bring a surprise to the first two events!)

Announcing the "Yard of the Month" Contest!
The 1st of every month we will announce the winner in our newsletter. We will also give away a special prize and the yard will get to "host" the sign for the full month.
This months prize will be a $100 gift card to Lowes OR a round of golf for four at the Old American!!
The Lochs pool will be closed this Thursday from 10-12 for testing. The splash pad will be open. |

Casual, Cool, Mingle with the Neighbors Party- at the Lochs pool(locations may change for future events)
We are skipping poker in July, but looking for a host for August.
(I have some other things up my sleeve this month, so stay tuned.)
