If It Looks Good . . . Can It Be Good For You?
plant A lot of research goes into the various health benefits of food products.  You might have heard, if it tastes good, it can't be good for you.  And if it tastes good AND is good for you, just wait, research will soon contradict, well, the original research.

How about looks good and is good for you.  The only thing that I can think of that fits this bill is Plants!  By now, we can safely accept the fact that plants give us oxygen, period.   No research has ever or will ever refute this fact.  Plants also absorb unwanted pollutants in our environment and this fact is also a long way from being disproved.  But the overwhelming reason to have plants is that they just look good!  A lush beautiful plant has few critics.     read more
