Traffic Ticket Tips
With the summer season comes increased driving.  If you happen to get pulled over, keep the following in mind:
1. You must have your license, registration and insurance card with you at all times.  If you don't, it's a $180.00 fine, per missing document.
2. Don't argue with the police officer; you won't win the argument, at least not then and there.
3. If you get a ticket (or several), many carry DMV points or a possible license suspension. An attorney can appear in court with you to reduce the points, fines or avoid suspension.

Remember- I have represented people who have gotten into much worse trouble than you - so helping you will be easy! Email Sebastian Ferrantell Esq.,or call (732) 943-6047.
