Business Spotlight - Halloween is coming and that means candy!
This month, we are spotlighting Suzi's Sweet Shoppe in Middletown.
Creating premium chocolate is an art that requires great skill, passion
and dedication.
And nobody knows that better than the owners of Suzi's Sweet Shoppe, Susan and Stan Hordych. Since opening their doors in
1998, they've developed and refined their unique hand-dipped chocolates
and candy with absolute devotion. It's evident in every tongue-tingling
sweet they produce.
Equally important is their commitment to customer service. With a
mission of giving customers more than what they ask for and making sure
what they're serving is the best it can be, Stan and Susan see
themselves as being in the business of making people happy.

Business Tips
From Ted Freidli of Excel Travel Always look at it from the customer's point of view.
Most people don't care that you have a lot of
experience, won awards, etc.
They want to know: "What's in it for me?"
Identify the "problem", and then provide the solution.
- Know and cater to the 20% of your clients that
provide 80% of your business.
-
Say THANK YOU, when you get referrals, and business.
-
Dare to be different; give prospects a reason to
remember you!
- Don't prioritize your schedule, but schedule your
priorities!
- Read the "E-Myth": Work ON your business, not IN your
business!
Strength training and weight
loss quite often go hand in hand. Strength training revs up your
metabolism for 72 hours, which helps you burn fat. It also builds
muscular and skeletal strength. It is more powerful than HGH
replacement or testosterone supplementation.
