A call to action to inform the National Alzheimer's Plan

 NAPA

Are you an individual living with Alzheimer's, a family caregiver, medical provider, long-term care provider, researcher or other citizen concerned about Alzheimer's disease?

 

Come help shape the implementation of the National Alzheimer's Project Act (NAPA), which seeks to create an aggressive, coordinated national strategy to confront the rapidly escalating Alzheimer's crisis.

Maine's Congressional delegation members or staff and state officials will be on hand to hear from you. Input will also be reported to the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services. NAPA is an historic effort to create a comprehensive strategy to overcome the Alzheimer's disease crisis. Please make your voice heard! Your insights, opinions and suggestions matter and officials creating the National Alzheimer's Plan need to hear from people like you. Let them know h
ow our federal government can help families facing this devastating disease.
