Audit Process and EICC-ON Enhancements
EICC-ON Dashboard and User Licenses
A new announcement on the EICC-ON dashboard is available to indicate a company's current user count. Each EICC member company is allocated 50 user licenses as part of membership. EICC-ON will prompt for additional payment if additional users are needed.
EICC-ON Invitation Process
Check out the new and improved invitation process in EICC-ON. Users can now see who has been invited on the new Invited Supplier tab. Further improvements to the invitation process will be incorporated. Watch the Bulletin for updates!
VAP Escalation Process
A process has been created in the Validated Audit Process for auditees to file complaints at any phase of an audit. Auditees and audit buyers can follow these steps to get resolution for any complaint:
- Step 1: Address a complaint or inquiry to the APM.
- Step 2: Contact Patrick Neyts by email or mobile (+32-495-23-9088) in the event of unsatisfactory response from the APM or lack of timely resolution.
- Step 3: Contact audits@eicc.info in the event of further unsatisfactory response or lack of timely resolution.
EICC members should redirect supplier complaints to the APM.
VAP Tip of the Week
Check the weekly VAP tracker to see if your suppliers are undergoing or have completed a validated audit. The tracker can be viewed on the VAP page of the EICC SharePoint site. Companies must have a confidentiality agreement in place with the VAP before accessing the tracker. Contact Grant Feichtinger to gain access.
