Invoices for 2011 membership dues have been provided to all primary contacts. Members must submit required membership responses by the following deadlines:
- November 15: Membership Commitment Form
- December 31: 4Q10 Compliance Program Response Form
- January 1: Membership Dues Payment

E-TASC Facility Information
An FAQ that addresses common questions about the new Enablon system has been sent to primary contacts at member companies and is also available here. All companies are encouraged to review the SAQ before subscriptions to E-TASC expire later this year. In particular, companies are encouraged to read the section about migrating data from E-TASC. Auditor Certification Class: November 29 - December 3
The EICC Auditor Certification class is scheduled for Nov 29-Dec 3 in Shenzhen. Space is available for EICC member company auditors who want training to conduct validated audits. The cost is US $1800.

Tin/Tantalum Workshop in Washington, DC
The Extractives Work Group held a meeting in DC this week to discuss the Smelter Validation Scheme for Tin and Tantalum. Notes and presentations from this meetings will be released after the Thanksgiving holiday. |
Save the Date: EICC Membership Meeting
The EICC Winter Membership Meeting will be held in San Diego on January 18-20, 2011. The meeting will include a strategic planning session, overview of EICC activities, an update on extractives issues, and assessment tool demonstrations.
