Regular size CSA items: Haas avocado, Fuji apples, red pears, dates, beans or tomatoes or bok choi, red bell peppers, broccoli,  scallions, carrots, cilantro, radishes, Swiss chard,   lettuce , salad, sprouts,  and bouquet of flowers.

Dear Friends,

By the time you all receive your deliveries this week, the heat spell should be passing.  I'm not even going to address how dangerous these temperatures are for us, outside harvesting.  Guess I just did.  We had a Girl Scout group scheduled for this afternoon but thought it best to re-schedule.  Hope all of you came through it ok.

We've found a new 'drink' I thought you all might like.  It's a coconut water and aloe blend that delicious as it is refreshing and nutritious. It's in the Green Store under Pantry Essentials.
