 What a delight is is

When, of a morning, I get up and go out Wildflowers

To find in full bloom a flower

 That yesterday was not there.

Dear Friends,

The cheese making class Saturday was a resounding success.  Thank you to those that dropped us a note describing their experience.  Virginia will be back next month for the second in the series.  Here is a link to see the pictures and to sign up if you'd like notifications of coming events:   http://www.meetup.com/Seabreeze-Organic-Farm-San-Diego-Meetup-Group/.

Fennel is one vegetable we often get requests for recipes and ideas.  This is from one of our shareholders and sounds delicious:  http://culinariaitalia.wordpress.com/2008/01/22/fennel-and-lemon-risotto/

I know I sound like a broken record about eating vegetables, however here is another article about greens and breast cancer: http://www.naturalnews.com/035623_cruciferous_vegetables_breast_cancer_prevention.html

Please keep your notes and comments coming.  I read them all.

Enjoy in good health.
