Greetings!
Virginia Masters has been making cheese for 10 years and is coming to conduct a class on how you can do it too. The cheeses will be made from either organic cows milk or goats milk. Materials for cheese making will be provided. Virginia makes feta, chevre and mozz cheeses. Her favorite is Stilton made from a culture of Harrods Stilton brought back from England. Among her many other interests, Virginia loves animals and volunteers with a horse, a dog and kitten rescue groups. She currently has a sweet little rescue pony that needs a little girl to love it. So come see beautiful spring at Seabreeze and experience how gratifying it is to make your own cheese. We will also have a private mini-market for our guests. Cost is $25.00 per person. |
