Dear C12 Members & Friends,

A growing number of Christian business leaders are finding the help they need to develop a strategy that incorporates eternal values into their businesses through the C12 Austin/San Antonio Group.

As you look back and look ahead do you see your business on track to be successful and eternally significant?  Do you have strategic accountability and qualified wise counsel in place to ensure you will weather the unforeseen dynamics of running any organization through volatile economic times?  Do you feel like you have a Biblical grasp on what God wants for you as a leader, spouse, parent, and ambassador of Jesus?"

There are over 80 CEOs representing $1.1B in annual revenue and over 6,300 employees who are members of C12 just along the I-35 corridor of Texas presently. They join more than 1,700 peers in over 60 cities ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar publicly traded companies. While radically diverse in the industries and contexts represented, these leaders are finding tremendous value and unity in the pursuit of excellence in business as a mission. These CEOs are seeing success and significance play out in their lives superior to that of their industry peer group as a byproduct of investing in the C12 processes of working ON their business and not just being consumed IN their businesses.

Thanks to our growth and expansion into the Texas Hill Country, we are pleased to announce Robert Vogel has joined us as C12 Hill Country Chairman. Robert's decades of business and management experience will be critical to the pursuit of our vision in 2012 and beyond.

The C12 Group is transforming businesses all over Central Texas.  With the proven C12 material, members help each other through support, encouragement, training and accountability.   The Lord is at work in the marketplace of our communities, using Christian business owners and CEOs to build great business for His glory.

If you are feeling burned out, isolated and are ready to make a positive change for you and your business, you owe it to yourself to explore the C12 Group.  We hope to see you at an upcoming meeting.

Blessings to you,

DEVOTION

Walking in the Light (1Jn 1:7)

We're called to "walk in the light, as He is in the light."  Our Christian fellowship relies on it!  The rich conditional promise communicated by this verse serves to call us to an uncommon level of intentional transparency and truth in our C12 Group interactions.

Working 'on' my BUSINESS

Credit & Collections
Our best leadership thinking is often reserved for developing our markets and organizations.  Meanwhile, a poorly defined business model and spotty execution can cripple our ability to fund future growth.  We look at the pesky issues surrounding 'getting paid' and explore some fresh thoughts in approaching this vital topic.

Working 'on' my MINISTRY in God's Business

The Role Reality Paradigm

It's been said that Biblical wisdom is the ability to see things from God's eternal perspective.  This segment looks at the reality of our God-given roles through our Lord's eyes.  By examining the role of an ambassador, we're able to mine some valuable nuggets of truth to help us serve and lead more effectively.
