Dear C12 Members & Friends, You are a Christian Business Leader with many options. You can refine your business on your own, or join one of the countless networking groups. However, what if you had access to the collective wisdom of a group of Christian CEOs and Business Owners that understood what you go through each day? What if you had a group of peers to turn to for solid business counsel that leads to an effective, integrated life? That is the C12 Group. The C12 Group is transforming businesses all over central Texas. At C12, we assemble small groups of Christian CEOs and Business Owners that meet each month. With the proven C12 material, members help each other in many practical ways through support, encouragement, training and accountability. This month, our April Business Segment will drill deeply into the pros and cons of debt, the best approaches to balance work and priorities, and we will reflect on what it really means to transform businesses to be a platform for ministry. These are just some of the pivotal issues that we'll be tackling with our 40+ members this month. If you are ready to make a positive change for you and your business, you owe it to yourself to explore the C12 Group. We hope to see you at an upcoming event.

April CEO Roundtable Topics

April board meetings will provide us with time for an opening devotional, focused prayer related to our businesses and families, open table discussion, progress review and new to-do items. Click here to view a brief video synopsis of what to expect this month.
DEVOTION
The Holy Spirit: Passive or Active? (Ro 8:14)
To those who are born again, Jesus clearly promised that He would send "the Counselor" to guide us. Paul's teaching and life demonstrated the power of "Christ in us." Yet most of us tip-toe around timidly, unwilling to deeply connect with others, as if the Holy Spirit is an inert accessory. How about you? Can others accuse you of 'living under the influence'?
Working 'on' my BUSINESS
How Big is "Big Enough"? Most business owners dream of finding the formula to build a large, impressive company and really 'be' somebody. We're quick to compare ourselves against others even though God designs a unique set of gifts, circumstances, and opportunities for each of us. This segment looks at our true calling and potential from God's perspective, since God's priorities, done God's way, produce wonderful balance, peace, and fruit!
Working 'on' my MINISTRY in God's Business
Business as a Platform for Ministry The words fall off of our tongue so easily. Yet we ignore the vast majority of personal ministry opportunities every day. Worse yet, we often fail to enlist and encourage like-minded staff members in active, ongoing ministry. This helpful segment revisits some of the basics regarding ministering in the marketplace.

Did you know, only 12% of business owners take the time to develop and implement a strategic business plan?
This is an advantage for you and a disadvantage for your competitors!
Let C12 guide you to an effective strategic plan.
