Dear C12 Members & Friends, If you were coaching someone running a business, what kind of advice would you give them? Seek out wise counsel, surround yourself with winning people who have experience and expertise. Invest in ongoing strategic planning. Keep your eyes on the big picture and don't let the day-to-day consume you - pull back and work on your business frequently. These are no-brainers if you were advising someone else, but what does that look like for you? Are we taking the same medicine we give out when it comes to leading our business?
By now, you've been hearing a lot about the C12 Group and debated if it's the right fit for you. You've contemplated the investment in time and money, but you know your business challenges from last year will not go away unless you do things differently this year.
Now is the time to explore the C12 Group! Your fellow Christian business leaders & CEOs meet each month to collectively sort through their business struggles while they live out their faith. Your peers are sharing ideas, solving problems, holding each other accountable and seeing tremendous results from their time every month!
C12 works-- and will make a difference in your personal and work life. Click here to learn about our monthly board meeting offerings and the C12 difference.
Blessings to you,

February CEO Roundtable Topics

February board meetings will provide us with time for an opening devotional, focused prayer related to our businesses and families, open table discussion, progress review and new to-do items. Click here to view a brief video synopsis of what to expect this month.
DEVOTION Godly Leadership Training 101 (Joshua 1:8-9) Do you feel like you just 'dodged another bullet' and aren't sure you'll weather the next flurry of challenges? God's instruction to Joshua applies to us as Christian leaders today... apply His Word and trust in Him. He is sovereign and our eternal 'success' is secure!
Working 'on' my BUSINESSTraining: Key Driver of Culture & Performance Few small-to-midsized companies use training to drive long-term growth and competitive advantage. Many train only to implement major changes, in remedial situations, or when mandated. Training should be viewed as an intentional, on-going way to fuel performance, teamwork, healthy behavior, and a forward-looking company culture. How do you see it? Working 'on' my MINISTRY in God's BusinessBiblical Conflict Resolution Unresolved workplace conflict is a huge drain to productivity, attendance, and retention. Is your workplace a toxic, me-first place or a relatively peaceful, team-first place that demonstrates a better way to live? Biblical conflict resolution is a great life skill that will help our team at work, home, and church.

Having an effective Strategic Plan is a top Indicator if
Your Business will Grow!
Although some CEOs have planning processes
in place, most will acknowledge they are generally
ineffective. In this economic climate, the old
adage, "failing to plan is planning to fail" couldn't be more
accurate. Let C12 guide you to an effective strategic plan.

Points of View...
Should Companies Tithe?
What is your perspective on how to identify tithe-able earnings in the company? You've had a good year profit-wise and have been growing in your conviction that you need to return your tithe to the Lord, but ALL the money made has either gone to debt/principle reduction and reinvestments in the company.
