DEVOTION

"But God..." (Ro 8:31b, 37)
It's easy to operate "by sight" instead of faithfully doing the right things and trusting the Lord for the outcome.  Scripture reminds us - especially when we're tempted to make excuses or be derailed by apparent limitations - that our sovereign Lord is working on our behalf in ways that supersede our earthly circumstances!

Working 'on' my BUSINESS

Capitalizing on Complaints

Wrapping up our three-part series on delivering topnotch customer service, we focus on handling customer complaints in a way that retains customers, deepens relationships, builds loyalty, and sharpens our processes.  By successfully preventing customer defections we diminish negative word-of-mouth 'referrals' and increase our growth rate.

Working 'on' my MINISTRY in God's Business

Ready Response or Sin of Silence?

Although eternal life is the most precious gift of all, just 1-in-50 Christians share their faith regularly.  Sadly, 60% of U.S. adults are unsaved and the data is far worse for young adults entering the workforce.  As those entrusted with much, we have an opportunity to provide a workplace where the Good News is regularly shared in a variety of ways...if we're prepared!

Why Is Strategic Planning So Critical?

"My child, don't lose sight of good planning and insight.
Hang on to them, for they fill you with life and bring you
honor and respect. They keep you safe on your way and
keep your feet from stumbling." Proverbs 3:21-23 (NLT)

Although some CEOs have planning processes
in place, most will acknowledge they are generally
ineffective. In this economic climate, the old
adage, "failing to plan is planning to fail" couldn't be more
accurate. Let C12 guide you to an effective strategic plan.

Points of View...

Peacemaking: A Key to Christian Company Culture

For many, the workplace is a very stressful place to spend
most of their waking hours. Even non-believers can quickly
perceive the difference between a healthy work environment and one that wears them down and puts them 'on edge.' Experiencing dysfunctional workplaces and hopelessly frustrating jobs has become so cliché that popular TV series and movies center on this theme. Read more...
