It was good to see and meet so many of you at the Willow Creek Summit earlier this month.  As summer vacation time winds down, we have one more August event on Friday in Austin that should interest anyone who cares about customer loyalty. 

September ramps up with a number of valuable events.  We welcome Deborah Leverett, who is leading a free Executive Private Briefing on how business leaders can instill a culture of accountability in their organization.  We also have a Business Lab on negotiating, and at the end of the month, a half-day workshop on building your strategic plan for ministry (more details to come).
