Janice Ryan is a 26-year veteran in the technology industry with management and operational experience in publicly traded and emerging growth companies, Ms. Ryan has built a successful record of accomplishment in leading venture-backed entrepreneurial teams in Texas and California. Ms. Ryan most recently served as CEO of Sigma Dynamics, San Mateo, a leader in real-time predictive analytics, and sold the company to Oracle in August of '06. She originally moved to Austin, TX, in 1997 to join the founding executive team that launched Vignette Corporation, an early internet software company which experienced the most successful IPO in the Southwest in 1999.

 

Doug currently serves as the CEO and Breckenridge Properties, a student housing real estate development firm, headquartered in Austin, Texas. Doug is the Founder of DSG Consulting, Inc. which has served Fortune 500 technology and manufacturing companies develop and implement market strategies to improve revenue performance and market share. During his 15 years with DSG, Doug has served more than 100 companies in more than 30 countries.  Doug is also a best-selling author in the "faith and workplace" space with five books including Your Work matters to God, and a frequent speaker on this subject.
